Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 23, 2022, Becton, Dickinson and Company (“BD”) announced that, in connection with the previously announced separation of Embecta Corp. (the “Company”) from BD, the Company will host an investor day on March 7, 2022.

The Company’s investor day will begin at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 7, 2022.

A copy of the materials to be presented at the Company’s investor day is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
